earlier this week to get info. They told me the doors opened at 6. I
just recently got my license cause I am super lazy. So I am not very
good at driving in the dark yet so I tried to get there before the sun
set. I got there at 6:20. I was so excited when I was leaving I forgot
to grab a jacket so it was rather cold. I got to the door and it was
locked..I stood there for a few minutes and then called them and asked
what time they opened and he said he was hoping for 6 and I said yeah I
was hoping the same thing I am out in the cold. So he came and let me
in...for the next 3 hours I was the ONLY one in the bar. They had a big
screen on stage that played music videos. All of them for were for
promo use only so I got to see alot of up and coming artist so that was
cool.
Adam was suppose to start at 10. This was my first time
going to a concert solo since most of my friends are underage they couldn't go and my friends that are of age had other plans. So I was
standing there all my lonesome when someone comes up and taps me on shoulder. I turn around and see the girl I had sat next to at the Luke
Bryan concert I had went to in August. I was like yay a friendly face.
So
a little after 10 Adam came on stage. If he is not the cutest thing
ever. He sang 15 songs. I was trying to count so I could report back
but I forgot after 3 that I was counting so I stole a set list. He did
two covers, "What The Cowgirls Do" and "Liza Jane" He says he really
likes Vince Gill. There were only 100 or so people at the bar and only
a few of them were actual there for the show but Adam didn't seem to
mind this fact.He actually made a funny joke with it...he said " Thanks
for coming to see me,actually I don't think some of you came to see me
and you don't know me from Adam" lol I was cracking up. He gave it his
all. He sneezed after one of the songs and we said "bless you" and he
informed us that he sneezes at least 60 times a day. YAY for random
Adam facts.
Afterwards he stayed around and signed autographs.
He was super nice . He also has a killer smile ahhh I almost melted. I
talked to his tour manager lady Shelley and she gave me some good tips
for moving to Nashville so that was helpful. I always try to talk to
people at concerts to see what they say and what kind of tips they give
about that. I was about to walk out the door when I remembered that
they had concert posters in the bathroom so I ran to the back and got
the very last one. I jumped back in line again and got my poster
signed. He told me to drive safely (maybe he knows I suck at it lol).
